All copyrights to 4D AudioPlayer SGLX are Exclusively owned by Alex Kheifets, SGLX MathPictures, Inc.
4D AudioPlayer SGLX is a Shareware. If you intend to use all features of 4D AudioPlayer SGLX, you can register your copy. If you intend to commercial or educational use of 4D AudioPlayer SGLX, you MUST register your copy of 4D AudioPlayer SGLX. Once registered, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use 4D AudioPlayer SGLX on one computer at a time. The registered 4D AudioPlayer SGLX software may not be rented, leased or transferred. The user who registers receives several benefits:
-The REGISTERED full version of 4D AudioPlayer SGLX and ALL future versions.
-Access to all commands of 4D AudioPlayer SGLX system.
-No trial notifications.
-The satisfaction of knowing that you are supporting the development of new software.
4D AudioPlayer SGLX unregistered shareware may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of 4D AudioPlayer SGLX without written permission from the copyright holder.
4D AudioPlayer SGLX is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of PATCHBASE and for results obtained. Author make no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from 4D AudioPlayer SGLX software and, with respect thereto, author shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing
4D AudioPlayer SGLX including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. Author shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder.
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE 4D AUDIOPLAYER SGLX AT YOUR OWN RISK. 4D AUDIOPLAYER SGLX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licenced program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. The terms of this licence, as well as the 4D AudioPlayer SGLX features and interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of 4D AudioPlayer SGLX. Installing and/or using 4D AudioPlayer SGLX signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence. If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove 4D AudioPlayer SGLX files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
